The Machu Picchu Blues

Book #3 in the Señor Bueno Travel Adventure series

The Machu Picchu Blues

An illicit adventure in Peru sounded good. . .

So did getting rich quick.

For two hippies without a clue, what could go wrong?

Lured by excitement, and lacking common sense, Mike Good plans to make the world a happier place. When, as usual, his plans don’t work out, Mike and his partner Buddy are forced to improvise.

A cocaine dealer in Lima makes a suggestion, “Why not do a little exporting?”

Before long, thanks to creative packaging and perfect waves in the back yard, the boys are living their dream. But when their visas and marijuana supply run low, a trip to Colombia triggers a bizarre sequence of events.

Back in Peru, ugly encounters with belligerent tour groups, a UFO, greedy narcotics agents, a lingerie-clad llama, a jail full of drunken Indians, a crooked judge with a foot fetish, a sadistic cop, a corrupt General, and a depraved reporter, turn their dream adventure to Machu Picchu nightmarish.

Can Mike raise world consciousness? Make a fortune? Escape prison? Get home alive?

If you love dark humor, snarky dialogue, and outrageous adventures in exotic locations, you’ll love The Machu Picchu Blues!
