With Maui Vice closing in, the philanthropists move to Chaos, right next door to the moonshining Gump boys and their gorgeous sister, Missy Gump, an environmental lawyer hoping to save Chaos’s environment. Fellow environmentalist Mike hopes to team up with Missy in more ways than one. After a scouting flight over Chaos leads to a major smuggling operation with old pal Pablo Escobar, things get, well, chaotic. Suddenly, a cartel war threatens Mike’s mission and the future of Chaos.
